Return/Exchange Policies

GT In Stock hunt shirts can only be exchanged for a different size or style within 10 days of confirmed delivery.  Shirts must be returned in unworn condition with tags still attached.   Return/Exchange shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  GT Semi and Full Custom shirts are NON Returnable, NON Exchangeable and NON Refundable.  No exceptions.  

Glamorous Threads Stock Size hunt coats may be exchanged for a different size or style  if returned within 10 days of confirmed delivery.  Coats must be returned in unworn and unaltered condition with tags still attached - NO EXCEPTIONS Or a 20% restocking fee will be charged.    There are No Returns, exchanges or refunds for Semi custom and Full custom hunt coats.  Return/exchange shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.    Glamorous Threads is not responsible for coats that have been worn or altered by a third party seamstress or tailor.  

Hunt coat orders take approximately  10-12  weeks for us to receive once order is placed with tailor (NOT when you place your order with GT).   Delivery dates are NOT guaranteed until coats are received from tailor and shipping labels are printed.   Glamorous Threads is not responsible for coats that have been worn or altered by a third party seamstress or tailor.  See Alteration Policy for additional information.

GT Classic Breeches may be exchanged for a different size within 10 days of receiving.  Breeches must be returned in unworn and unwashed condition with tags still attached.  Return/Exchange shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

"Just Collars" may be exchanged for a different collar with in 10 days of confirmed delivery.   Collars must be returned in unworn condition.   No Returns or Refunds

Used and Consignment Items are FINAL SALE Only.  No Returns, No Refunds and No Exchanges  

** GT will NOT accept returns for worn items**

 Glamorous Threads offers minor alteration services on GT labeled apparel ONLY.   Alterations performed on in stock  and semi custom items will be a the customer's expense including return shipping.  

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.  Glamorous Threads reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

All Refunds will be subject to a 4% processing fee.  Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 

When purchasing multiple items off of our website you may be over charged for shipping costs.  

We will issue a refund for excess shipping charges applied to your purchase.  Please contact us with any questions regarding shipping costs.
